After spending his whole High School career in the shadow of Jacob Karam and Matt McClaren, Andre Gautreaux finished the season with a performance that hasn’t been seen in Friendswood since the days of Jaxon Appel and Josh Kirklin. Andre showed why he will go down as one of the best receivers in Friendswood history. He quietly turns short passes into unbelievable long TD’s with his speed and quickness, continually padding his QB’s numbers. Last night he accounted for 422 All Purpose yards (9rec 181yrds 4TDs 242 yrds on kickoff and punt returns). His humble attitude has always been a strength and that is why he gets the rlbphoto.com U.S. Navy All American Award this week.
